Never Too Old for the Game of Love by Fiona McGier

Almost 40, Tegan is a divorced mother of 2, convinced that she has no time for romance. Alexander is 42, divorced, and enjoys playing the field. They have nothing in common…until the night she dances for him, and changes his world!

Never too old for the game of love is the first in the Reyes family series and what a way to kick off a series. When I saw how many books were already part of this series I was nervous, in case I didn’t like this first one. I loved it.

From chapter one all the way until the end, I was hooked. Alexander is a man who is brought to his knees and it was nice to see the man fight for his woman, even a little possessive which I love. Not only does this book have some really hot scenes, it is also a touching romance. I’m so looking forward to the next book.

Besides the whole thing?

Where the hell does he expect us to be able to get a stripper from, and on such short notice?”

Tegan lost what little control she had over herself, wanting only one thing: this man inside of her body. She frantically tore at his belt and got his pants undone, pushed the impossibly tight briefs down, then pulled his engorged organ out and almost fainted at the size of it.

Alexander felt like he was choking on his own jealousy.

“I never met anyone else I even thought about wanting to have a child with. Until now.”

A really wonderful read. Heart warming and hot at the same time. If you like possessive men, like I do, then this is the one to read.
